the challenge
Our task was to craft a finance-forward brand that broke the mold and portrayed a trustworthy brand image.
This new identity had to strike a balance: bold and modern enough to stand out in a conservative accounting space, but grounded in reliability, accuracy, and experience.
It also had to resonate with agency owners who spend their days inside spreadsheets when they should be leveraging actionable, agency-specific insights to drive growth.

the solution
We fused the familiar with the unexpected by mixing Excel’s visual DNA (gridlines, cell outlines, and subtle formula glyphs) with the brand’s bespoke design language.
The result is a rich palette that balances authority and freshness. Green and maroon convey stability and trust, off-black and off-white ground the design, while the rest of the color palette adds modern energy and accents throughout.
The typeface, PP Mori, delivers clean and confident headlines. The body copy gives off the clarity of a well-structured spreadsheet, old-school with a modern twist. A flexible grid motif ties it all together, moving effortlessly from cells to graphs to dashboards to create a consistent, forward-looking identity.
A truly modern design that’s rooted in time-tested aesthetics. Just like Profit Labs, which keeps refining and innovating the best financial practices to provide agencies with the tools and the insights to grow.
