Instabase empowers enterprises to turn document-heavy workflows into actionable insights with agentic AI. Deep document understanding and automation can transform business processes, but Instabase had a difficult time communicating the value of their product to potential customers.
Instabase’s brand was evolving, and we needed to help it keep pace with the fast-paced AI industry while building a truly memorable, stand-out identity. Well, that’s how it started at first, but soon enough this rebranding collaboration grew into a creative partnership that would give Instabase the visual tools it needed to stay at the forefront of enterprise AI.

the challenge
Innovation is at the heart of Instabase, but when it came to their visual identity and digital presence, they needed a creative team that could make AI automation sexy. The existing website, while serviceable, didn’t convey the narratives, trust, or excitement that Instabase wanted their customers to feel.
The brand as a whole needed to appeal to a global audience, which was a difficult feat to accomplish in an overly-competitive industry, especially when you’re trying to communicate multiple core pillars of a multi-faceted brand identity. Trust, innovation, motion, ease of use, automation - these were the building blocks of the new Instabase, and our team needed to communicate them through daring and exciting visuals.
So we got to work.



the solution
Instabase was on a mission to simplify the world’s most complex processes, so the visual identity needed to communicate just how easy to use and intuitive their product was. On top of that, we needed to convey the forward momentum that enterprises would feel through Instabase’s automation.
We started by implementing clean typography and bold visuals to not only capture the user’s attention, but support Instabases’s strong positioning to boot. The refined color system you see here helps all of the visual elements we created stand out and stay in motion, which was very important for a brand that keeps the industry moving forward.
All of these elements made the custom illustrations and the motion design that much more vivid and impactful. We were able to turn complex AI processes into easily-digestible ideas and narratives, and then use that constant motion to show the quick and easy journey from stacks of documentation to actionable, business-leading insights.
The value of Instabase is now clear and apparent from the moment you land on the website, and the visuals and motion design keep the user engaged and scrolling throughout the pages.
